Question RE: Skagway White Pass RR Tours

We will be in Skagway via Coral Princess on May 25, 2007. My question regarding the selection of White Pass RR Tours is whether to take the 3.5 hour (7:30AM -12:00PM OR 8:30AM -1:00PM) tour or the full (7:30AM to 2:30PM Yukon Bus & Rail Excursion- 7 Hours)... We will be in Skagway for 13 hours that day. Can anyone offer a first-hand opinion for making a decision between these?
