What is your favorite excursion in Cozumel?

Ok I'm taking my first cruise in March/April this year. I have a pretty good idea of what I want to do in Jamaica and Grand Cayman - but what is the "can't miss" spot for a first timer in Cozumel? What is your favorite excursion there? I appreciate ya'lls input.
