Tour in Cabo

Has anyone done the Lands End boat tour and beach club? It's offered on Carnival's website under shore tours for Cabo. There is no explanation on that particular shore tour. There is a descirption on the Lands End Boat Tour so I'm assuming it's that plus a beach club. Anyone know anything about this!??! Thanks!!
