excursion website

We are sailing on the Gem on April 12th. I visited the NCL website a couple of times in the past week to book shore excursions. There were excursions listed and described but when I tried to book one the page they sent you to had no excursions and a message saying they were still developing excursions for these destinations. Does anyone know if I am doing something wrong? Thanks, Frank
